RB Chris Jennings, who was in Jets camp this summer, was arrested early Sunday morning by the Ohio State Highway Patrol for going 147-mph in a 65-mph zone.
He posted bail on his credit card and was released.
Jennings had the nicest run of the summer for the Jets, a 69-yarder against Cincinnati.
However, he had no chance to make the team with LaDainian Tomlinson, Shonn Greene, Joe McKnight and Bilal Powell at the position.
He is a former Cleveland Browns player, so that is probably why he went back to Ohio after his release by the Jets.
