Could the Jets go cornerback high in the draft?

Two corners, who were in the mix for the Jets last year, Marquice Cole and Donald Strickland, aren’t with them anymore.

Cole signed with New England, and Strickland is a free agent.

Also, it looks like the Revis camp is unhappy with his contract again, according to ESPN New York.

So perhaps the Jets surprise people and go for a cornerback early in the draft.

It’s unlikely they go for one in the first round, but if look for one in the second round, guys who would make sense are Central Florida’s Josh Robinson and Nebraska’s Alfonzo Dennard.
