OLB Claude Davis and CB Cliff Harris were released by the Jets earlier this week.
It wasn’t related to competition.
According to ESPN, both were arrested on Monday in Morris County and charged with possession of marijuana.
The Jets released them shortly after the arrests.
If Davis and Harris lived in Colorado or Washington, they might still be Jets.
Marijuana is now legal in those states.
