D’Brickashaw Ferguson was interviewed by the Star-Ledger, and others papers, during an appearance in Manhattan this week.
During his press briefing, he opined the Jets’ locker room problems are improving.
“There’s definitely going to be a little bit of a circus atmosphere (with Tim Tebow on board), but I think the locker room is getting a lot better,” Ferguson said.
With all due respect to Ferguson, who is an impressive guy, how can the locker room improve when the players are not there yet?
The off-season program doesn’t start until April 16.
While it’s always good to think positively, Ferguson is probably getting ahead of himself.
Perhaps what he was getting at, was that Tebow’s presence will improve the locker room. That remains to be seen.
