Jets sign son of former NBA player Dan Leberfeld

Kelly Tripucka’s son signed with the Jets in January.

Travis Tripucka, a longsnapper out of UMass, signed with the Jets a few days after the season ended.

The Jets incumbent long-snapper Tanner Purdum is a restricted free agent who will likely be tendered.

Kelly played in the NBA from 1981-91 with Detroit, Utah and Charlotte.
