Jets use of Edwards perplexing

The way the Jets use wide receiver Braylon Edwards makes little sense.

They made a blockbuster to trade to get him, but most games he’s like the Maytag Repairman (a man who got very little work).

They are paying him about $7 million this year, and he finished the Jets opener night loss to Baltimore with one catch for nine yards.

And this was against a secondary missing two starters, including superstar safety Ed Reed.

Rex Ryan needs to meet with Brian Schottenheimer and give him an edict – throw the ball to Braylon more!

This is guy in Cleveland and Michigan who put up big-time numbers.

But the Jets silenced him.

And this needs to be fixed.
