Joey Clinkscales is leaving the Jets. The announcement was made by ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

“Former Jets VP of college scouting Joey Clinkscales is leaving New York to take a prominent front-office position with the Oakland Raiders,” tweeted Schefter.

This is a lateral move. Clinkscales isn’t becoming a GM. The Raiders already have one.
