An important part of success in any sport is confidence, and the Jets have plenty of it.
“We feel confident right now,” said safety Jim Leonhard. “Offense, defense, special teams., we’re playing with confidence and that’s what it takes to win games.”
And with several key players likely returning this week, the Jets confidence should rise even more.
“You get Darrelle back, who in our eyes is the best corner in the league, you add Calvin Pace who’s one of the best pass rushers and get Santonio Holmes back on offense, we’re excited about what we can do,” Leonhard said. “We should continue to get better and better.”
