NFL.com takes shot at Jets Dan Leberfeld

NFL.com, owned by the league, took a shot at the Jets today.

“A persistent belief among pundits during the offseason has been that Mark Sanchez will win the New York Jets‘ starting quarterback job out of training camp, with Geno Smith waiting in the wings for the next “butt fumble,” wrote Kevin Patra. “Someone forgot to tell Smith the plan.”

Smith went on to say he has a great chance of winning the job.
