The Green Bay Packers signed their first street free agent of the off-season, inking former Jets tight end Matthew Mulligan. He signed a one-year deal according to Weston Hodkiewicz of the Green Bay Press Gazette.

After leaving the Jets following the 2012 season, he signed with the St. Louis Rams, where he played last season. He was released by the Rams last month.
