Smart move by Jets – instinctive player

Agent Sunny Shah announced that the Jets have re-signed this client who suffered a season-ending injury in the 2021 opener.

The Jets are bringing back safety LaMarcus Joyner on a one-year deal.

Joyner tore a biceps in the Jets opener at Carolina last year ending his season.

The former Los Angeles Ram and Las Vegas Raider was missed last year.

He’s a very instinctive defensive back, good at reading his keys,

The Jets had issues last year on the back end with some guys not reading their keys well consistently and being out of position.

So while Joyner hardly played for the Jets, getting the former FSU star back this year, should help their pass defense, which needs to play better than last season.
