The newest Jet – Chad Spann Dan Leberfeld

Cortland – The Jets signed running back Chad Spann.

He had brief stints with his hometown Indianapolis Colts, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Pittsburgh Steelers.

As a senior at Northern Illinois in 2010, he led the nation with 22 touchdowns.

He’s a 5-8, 202-pound back with nifty feet and a nice wiggle in the open field.
