Las Vegas – You often hear this idea floated when a team is struggling.
“Do you need to have a player’s-only meeting?
The Jets, losers of two games in a row to drop to 4-5, aren’t in need of this.
It won’t help them.
They need a GM-Head Coach-Owner meeting, and their top brass must make some tough decisions, that only the key decision-makers can make, not the players.
So the player’s only meeting concept, is a cookbook answer, and it’s not something that is going to fix the Jets right now.
