Waiting until Game Day Week One on QB

Florham Park – Obviously it’s not ideal to wait until the day the Jets play Tampa Bay to decide on a quarterback, but considering Gang Green’s quarterback scenario, it’s not a crazy concept.

Geno Smith isn’t ready. He holds the ball way too long. Geno must learn to make quicker decisions.

Mark Sanchez clearly beat him out this summer, and no matter what you think of Sanchez, he gives the Jets a better chance to win RIGHT NOW.

Greg McElroy isn’t a consideration because Rex doesn’t like him. It’s personal.

So with all the being considered, the Jets might need to wait to see how Sanchez feels when he wakes up on game day.  If he feels good, they might need to throw him the keys.
