What happened on Dreessen play? Dan Leberfeld

The Jets gave up a 43-yard touchdown pass to Houston tight end Joel Dreessen in the fourth quarter.  The former Jet was wide open.

“We just blew a coverage,” Rex Ryan said. “We made a crucial mistake there. We have to be dialed in. We have to ask ourselves why we’re making these mistakes. It doesn’t make any sense to me.”

It does make sense. The Jets just aren’t very good at covering tight ends.
