Woody on his back

Jets right tackle Damien Woody was held out of Tuesday’s practice due to back spasms.
Instead of practicing, he was at a chiropractor’s office.
Woody doesn’t feel this injury will keep him out of the team’s opener against the Baltimore Ravens.
“It was a little flair-up,” said Woody. “You want to be cautious. The chiropractor did help. It’s no big deal. It’s good that it happened this week (instead of next).”
